• Copyright of the texts (excluding the section on the University of the Trees) lies with myself as publisher, editor, author and co-author.
• Copyright of photographs, documents and artwork in the Archive belongs to the photographers, artists and makers.
• Copyright of all text, documents and ‘instruments’ related to the University of the Trees lies with Shelley Sacks.
• Copyright of all photographs relating to University of the Trees lies with the photographers but these photographs may not be reproduced without Shelley’s permission.
• If you simply want to make written reference to the Archive as a whole or any parts of it please quote the URL, title of the section and author using the following as an example: Author, title of section, Centre for Contemporary Art and the Natural World Online Archive, Clive Adams 2024. URL of specific section.
